Rob and Susan Liles of Craig, Missouri, will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of their business, Liles Interprises, LLC, on Tuesday, September 10, at the Liles Tile Yard at 31792 State Highway W, Fairfax, Missouri. The well-known location of the yard is at Exit 99 on Interstate 29. Rob and Susan, their children, Sarah and Jamison, and the business’ crew are having a Texas-style barbecue from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The great food, prepared by Holstine Catering, will be enjoyed by all, along with drawings, prizes and giveaways.

Rob Liles started in the field tile business in 1994 when he joined his father installing field tile and completing terrace work and general excavation. In 2009, Rob bought the site the current business sits on. He used it for his construction business beginning in 2010. In January of 2014, Rob was having a tile delivery for a construction job. The delivery trucker said, “Wow, this would make a great drop spot.”

On August 26, 2014 (eight months after the great suggestion), the site at Exit 99 was transformed from a lot to a business selling farm drainage tile. Susan left her job at a local bank and brought her business expertise into the office of Liles Enterprises, LLC.

Rob and Susan state that technology has changed over the years when selling and installing products to the farming community and other businesses. “Research has shown that tile has been the best return on investment that a farmer can have,” says Rob. Other services provided by Liles Enterprises, LLC, comes from Rob and Susan’s son, Jamison. Jamison works with farmers by providing Global Positioning System (GPS), mapping fields, designing fields and presenting the plan to the customer. Jamison is thriving within the company with all his knowledge and he has begun providing products to other contractors.

Recently, Liles Enterprises has become a distributor for Fratco products. Fratco is a leading manufacturer of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and  high-density polypropylene (HDPP) corrugated pipe. The Lileses are all about delivering high quality products that consistently outperform the competition. “Fratco has more variations in its products than many other manufacturers,” adds Susan. Liles Enterprises continues to sell the highest quality virgin resin, Fratco’s V Series, and added premium recycled resin blends. Fratco has been in business for over 100 years and has grown each year to provide to its customers.

Liles Enterprises, LLC, is growing each year in the agriculture drainage business, but is now also working with commercial drainage projects. The company is also a dealer of Metal Culverts of Maryville, Missouri, and Agri Drain products. Rob, Susan and their crew enjoy helping customers and educating them on what they need. Steven Hale is the company’s yard manager, Wyatt Roblee is the delivery driver, Jamison conducts his GPS services, Susan (the real boss) efficiently runs the office, and Rob stays very busy in all aspects of the business. Rob loves to travel to job sites to help make decisions on situations, using his knowledge to work with the customers.

Don’t forget to stop by Liles Enterprises, LLC., on Tuesday, September 10, and have a great visit with the Liles crew.
