• Observations and Comments: Prep table food items at 37ºF – last day of operation was August 23. Food items will be discarded and replaced with new before reopening on September 3 or 4. Same will occur in three-door refrigerator. Freezer foods are -2 to -20 (ok). Discussed restroom, floors, and spray bottles.

Facility meets the minimum health requirements for a liquor license. Will inspect actual food operation once back open and running.
