The Rock Port Blue Jays traveled to Stanberry, Missouri, Friday, September 6, to take on the Bulldogs. The Blue Jays soundly defeated Stanberry 44-22.

The Bulldogs scored twice in the first quarter and were leading the Blue Jays 16-14 heading into the second quarter.

The Blue Jays scored once in the second quarter and once in the third quarter, while the defense kept Stanberry scoreless. Rock Port had a 30-16 lead going into the final quarter.

Rock Port scored two times in the fourth quarter to Stanberry’s one touchdown, making the final score 44-22 Rock Port.

Rock Port will host Osborn/Stewartsville this Friday, September 13, at 7:00 p.m.
