East Atchison Wolves hosted the Nodaway Valley Thunder on Friday, September 13, 2024, at Fairfax.

The Wolves were able to strike first on a pass from Blake Simmons to Cameron Kephart, giving EA the early lead with three minutes left in the first quarter.

At the start of the second quarter, EA came up big with a fumble recovery to stop the Thunder. The Wolves were able to put two more touchdowns by Gavyn Irvine and River Dow on the board, but the Thunder would go on to put 44 points up. The final score was 18-44.

EA will play at Mound City on Friday, September 20.
