The Atchison County Artisans group is gathering makers for their third annual Maker’s Market: a one-day event on Saturday, November 2. This is for all creative people, artisans, or enthusiastic doers who make, sew, bake, weld, create, or redo items. Vendors can sell their wares and showcase their talents to the local community.  The vendor fee for Atchison County residents is $15. For all others, the fee is $20.

Shoppers are invited to come support our local artisans. You’ll be surprised by our local talents and the variety of items: pottery, baked goods, jewelry, metal works, pies, nuts, embroidery, crocheted, and refinished items. This will be a great opportunity to get Christmas gifts of local items for your favorite family members or friends.

The Maker’s Market  will be held at the Fairfax Fire Station Community Room from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
