Pony Express Scouting America recently announced that Dalylah Rybolt, daughter of Paul and Cathy (Meier) Rybolt of Maryville, Missouri, was selected as Section G-5 Vice Chief of the National Order of the Arrow program. Dalylah is a senior at Maryville High School and an Eagle Scout from Troop 74. She competed with scouts from Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa for this position. Dalylah is currently the Order of the Arrow, Lodge Chief of Oni Flo lodge of the Pony Express Council, which has only been in existence since 2018. (Maryville Forum photo)
