Community Hospital-Fairfax’s Family Medicine Clinic team is pleased to welcome Jessica Bowman, FNP. Jessica has been a healthcare provider for 22 years. She has been with CH-F for three years in the Emergency Department and looks forward to transitioning into family practice.

Jessica is originally from Amazonia, Missouri, but now lives in Fillmore, Missouri, with her husband. She has two daughters, aged 13 and 21, and a seven-month-old granddaughter.

Jessica became a healthcare provider after her grandmother was diagnosed with cancer and went into hospice soon after having routine surgery. She was impressed by the care her grandmother and family received and was moved to provide the same level of care and support for others.

She was inspired to make rural medicine her focus after a preceptorship with Dr. Carpenter while in school. Jessica is looking forward to getting to know the community and providing extraordinary care to her patients.
