Friday is the Atchison County High School Football Superbowl with the Rock Port Blue Jays hosting the East Atchison Wolves at Blue Jay Stadium in Rock Port. Game time is 7:00 p.m. Rock Port will also be holding their senior night festivities beginning at 6:15 p.m. Head over to the field and cheer on our local athletes!

Congratulations to our Atchison County high school golfers Sydnee Bruns and Danika Agnew from East Atchison and Karlie Gebhards and Emma Teten from Rock Port who qualified for the Missouri State High School Activities Association Class 1 Golf Tournament to be played next week. Good luck, girls!

The Rock Port Lady Blue Jays volleyball team will celebrate parents night this Thursday, October 17, between the JV and varsity games.

Rock Port Lady Blue Jays volleyball team will be hosting the district tournament in Rock Port next week. On Tuesday, October 22, the Lady Blue Jays will play South Holt at 5:30 p.m. and the East Atchison Lady Wolves will compete against Union Star/King City at 6:45 p.m. The winner of Rock Port’s game will advance to a contest against Mound City Thursday, October 24, at 5:30 p.m. and the winner of East Atchison’s contest and the winner of a Nodaway Valley versus North Nodaway contest will compete at 6:45 p.m. the 24th. The championship round will be played Saturday, October 26, at 1:00 p.m. Good luck to our local volleyball players!
