The Rock Port High School cross country teams traveled to Platte City, Missouri Saturday, October 19, 2024, to compete in the West Platte Invitational.

There were 80 runners in the girls’ 5,000 meter run. Norah Watkins placed 10th with a time of 21:12.00 and Evelyn Heintz placed 29th with a time of 23:46.00.

There were 119 runners in the boys’ 5,000 meter run. Malachi Skillen placed 12th with a time of 18:19.00.
