The Rock Port Park Board met October 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting was called to order by President Sheena Roup at 6:22 p.m. Members present were Crystal Goins, Jill Lager, Devon Sons, and Clint Dougherty via phone.

The meeting agenda was approved. Board members also approved the minutes of the September meeting and the financial report.

Park Update

The toddler equipment should be complete by the end of the week.

Discussion on fees for park usage was tabled to future meeting in order to do more research.

There was discussion on a possible grant for some park updates.

Pool Update

ACCO got the pool closed last week.

The park board is going to look into better squirrel ramps for the off-season.

The next meeting will be November 13, at 4:00 p.m. at City Hall. The meeting adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
