The City of Fairfax Board of Aldermen held a regular meeting October 23, 2024. The meeting was called to order by Ryan Kingery, Mayor, at 6:15 p.m. Roll was taken. Also in attendance were: Tristan Ray, Tabitha Wintz, and Kamron Woodring, aldermen; Christy Stevens, City Clerk; John Brown, Water Superintendent; and Terry Miller, City Treasurer.

The tentative agenda was approved. The aldermen also approved the minutes of the regular meeting September 18, 2024, and accounts payable.

The board completed a project needs list for the Northwest Missouri Regional Council of Governments, so that if there are any grants available for projects next year the city can apply for them.   

Terry Miller, City Treasurer, submitted that all accounts are in balance.

Reports were given by Christy Stevens, City Clerk, and John Brown, Water Superintendent.

The meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
