Rock Port Food Pantry

The Rock Port Ministerial Alliance Food Pantry is low on the following items: canned peas, canned sliced carrots, beef stew, canned peaches, and pork and beans.

The food pantry will be open  Friday, November 8, 5:00-6:30 p.m.; Tuesday, November 19, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 noon; and Friday, November 22, 5:00-6:30 p.m.

Donations are welcome. Items can be taken to the Rock Port United Methodist Church, 211 W. Opp Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and placed in the shopping carts. Monetary donations may be mailed to the Rock Port Ministerial Alliance, P.O. Box 164, Rock Port, MO 64482.

Tarkio/Westboro/Fairfax Food Pantry

The Tarkio/Westboro/Fairfax Food Pantry is currently low on the following items: apple juice (64 oz.), flour (5 lbs.), sugar (5 lbs.), boxed potatoes (au gratin, scalloped), Jello and instant puddings (small boxes), pork and beans, pasta (ramen noodles, macaroni, medium egg noodles, spaghetti), canned pasta (beefaroni, SpaghettiOs), and beef or chicken pot pies.

The food pantry schedule for the months of November and December will change. The food pantry will open one week early in each of those months due to the holidays. The Tarkio Christian Church will open the pantry November 12, 14, 19, and 21. In December the board will open the pantry on December 10, 12, 17, and 19.

The food pantry is located at 315 Main Street in Tarkio.
