KMA Sports presents the All-KMAland Elite Missouri Volleyball Team. This year’s team is made up of six seniors, one junior, three repeat selections and one three-time pick. KMA also chosen members as “honorable mention.”

Three Atchison County volleyball players were selected as All-KMAland Elite Missouri Volleyball Team members. They are: Addison Maifeld, senior, and Avery Meyerkorth, senior, Rock Port, and Lizzie Schlueter, senior, East Atchison.

Addison Maifeld, the senior setter, helped push Rock Port to the State quarterfinal round while averaging 7.3 assists and 2.2 digs per set.

Avery Meyerkorth, another Rock Port senior, played a major role around a group of youngsters. Meyerkorth averaged 2.9 kills and 2.4 digs per set.

A three-time All-KMAland Missouri Volleyball Team member, Lizzie Schlueter was also named the KMAland Missouri Volleyball Player of the Year. She averaged 4.6 kills and 4.6 digs per set while totaling 70 aces and 37 blocks.

Volleyball players named honorable mention include: Dylan Drummond, junior, East Atchison; Kinley Lair, freshman, Rock Port; Grace Oswald, senior, East Atchison; Braylyn Wood, freshman, Rock Port; and Payton Woodring, senior, East Atchison.
