Fairfax Light Night will be held Saturday, November 30, in the Fairfax City Park. The festivities will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the shelter house on the west side of the park. Miss Fairfax will turn on the lights and Santa will be on hand to greet the kids.

A free-will donation chili feed will be held Sunday, December 1, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the Velma Houts Fair Building in Rock Port. Proceeds will go to Kayti Hayes for medical expenses. Bingo and prize drawings will be held during that same time until prizes run out.

The Mule Barn Theatre Guild is sponsoring “A Mule Barn Christmas” musical program at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 1, at the Rotary Theatre inside The Curnutt Center on the campus of Tarkio Tech. The program will feature a Smothers Brothers Comedy Show with Randy Moffit and Johnnie Davis, as well as performances by Marty Mincer, Linda Lee, Erica Taylor, and the Ladies in Black (Lynn Hunter, Deb Wyatt, Deb Johnson, and Terri Jackson). Tickets are $10 each and may be purchased by calling Erica Taylor at 660-853-8002 or in the lobby at the Curnutt Center at Tarkio Tech Monday through Friday.
