Tarkio Cub Scouts were recently visited by Commander Tim Morehouse of the Tarkio American Legion Post #199. Tim talked with Scouts about his time in the Air Force as an enlisted crew member and a mechanic and about his allegiance to his country and the flag it represents. Tim shared the history of the U.S. Flag dating back to the original flag, called the Grand Union Flag, which was first raised in 1777 by George Washington.
