Everly Hayes wanted to show Mrs. Claus how she can read so she picked “Llama Llama, Red Pajama.” The library and the kids thanked Mrs. Claus for giving her very precious time to visit the libraries during the busiest time of year.

Not only did Mrs. Claus read stories at the local libraries this Christmas, kids also enjoyed snacks and activities. The Mercer family listened as Mrs. Claus read “Bear Says Up.”

Mrs. Claus’ last stop of the holiday season for the libraries was the Tarkio branch on December 19. There were many snacks and coloring activities for the kids to enjoy.

The Atchison County Library was lucky enough to have three fantastic visits from Mrs. Claus just in time for Christmas! Mrs. Claus read stories in Rock Port, Fairfax, and Tarkio this month. At each story time, Mrs. Claus answered a lot of questions about how she helped Mr. Claus get ready for the holidays. The library also set up coloring stations and had snacks for the kids to enjoy.
