The Rock Port Volunteer Fire Department recognized Dan Athen for his 25 years of service. On Saturday, January 25, 2025, Chief Scott Jones, second from left, and Assistant Chiefs Chad Ottmann, right, and Trent Shineman, left, presented Dan, second from right, with a plaque to thank him for his dedication to serving the community on the fire department for a quarter of a century.
