THS Scholar Bowl team hosts contest

The Tarkio High School Scholar Bowl Team hosted Fairfax, Mound City, and South Nodaway in a competition in Tarkio, Missouri, Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Tarkio lost to Mound City 150 to 240, defeated South Nodaway 220 to 210, and lost to Fairfax 190 to 210. Fairfax Scholar Bowl competes in Tarkio

The Fairfax High School Scholar Bowl Team traveled to Tarkio, Missouri, Tuesday, March 25, 2025, to compete against Tarkio, Mound City, and South Nodaway. Fairfax was defeated by South Nodaway 90 to 260 and Mound City 120 to 250, but won against Tarkio 210 to 190. Cowen O’Riley led the Bulldog brain bowlers with 80 points, followed by Amelia Larson with 60, Kendall Kingery with 20, and Luke Swinehart with 10.
