If you didn’t stop by the Tarkio Legion Building this past weekend, you missed out on finding a multitude of treasures for pennies on the dollar. The Allen-Schiffern American Legion Auxiliary held the spring rummage sale Friday and Saturday, April 11 and 12, and there was so much stuff that the overflow was moved to the front lawn. From furniture, household and kitchenware, clothing, books, holiday decorations, to pet items, there was something for everyone and most of it was for sale for change.
