The Rock Port Junior High track team will host Little Blue Jay Relays on Thursday, April 24, at 4:00 p.m. at the Blue Jay Stadium in Rock Port. The East Atchison teams will also be competing in this event.

The East Atchison high school track teams will host Indian Relays this Friday, April 25, at 3:00 p.m. at Kyle Field, located at M. David Palmeiro Stadium in Tarkio. Junior High Indian Relays will be held Tuesday, April 29, at 4:00 p.m. The Rock Port teams will also be competing in these events.

Tarkio High School Junior/Senior Prom will be an “Enchanted Evening” of dancing and fun Saturday, April 26. The community is invited to attend a promenade at the TAC at 7:00 p.m. in order to take pics of the well-dressed couples.

The Rock Port Ministerial Alliance will host a community worship service at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, April 27, at the Atchison County Memorial Building in Rock Port, Missouri. Everyone is invited. Beta Gals will serve a benefit luncheon from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A freewill donation will be accepted with proceeds going to Emmett Windhorst and his family.
