Amanda Agnew, with the support of volunteers and Fairfax businesses and community members who donated, put on a huge Easter Egg Hunt for the Fairfax community Saturday, April 19, 2025, in the city park. The children who found golden eggs and won prizes included: Scout and Everlee Smith (pictured above with the Easter Bunnies); Walker Giddinge (below) and Zola Straub (at top).

Audrey Zumbrunnen has a look of disbelief at all of the Easter eggs and prizes spread throughout the park for the Fairfax Easter Egg Hunt. There were so many that organizers began handing out extra sacks to the children whose Easter baskets were overflowing and couldn’t hold anymore.

Damin Vogler empties his Easter eggs of all the goodies inside so that the eggs could be returned to organizers and used again next year.
