Meats in lower under grill. Refrigerated box of raw chicken in backroom 48ºF. Unlabeled spray bottle under 3-bay sink. Barrel of uncovered chips next to table with raw chicken/bag of onion under table with raw chicken.
• Core Items: Unlabeled food items – chicken strips, corn dogs, peppers, onions etc. in walkin cooler. Cardboard and aluminum foil covering shelving. Numerous unshielded lights. Gaps around back doors. Broken/loose floor tiles at entrance to backroom. Ceiling coming down in back room. Moldy/mildewed/dirty ceiling in walkin cooler. Boxed of canned tomatoes plus J-cups and to-go boxes on floor in dry storeroom. Cobwebs near backdoors with gaps. Bad door gasket to backroom freezer and walkin cooler. Follow up from 4/22/25 inspection – numerous additional criticals/void followup and conducted a new ??? No screens on vent hood. Grease from vent had dripping on outside sidewalk. Prep table and lower under-grill refrigerator not maintaining temperature. Prep table missing door. Broken handle on spray wand of 3-bay sink. Gas odor (leak) by fryer. Condensate dripping in walkin cooler. Dumpster lids open. Numerous broken or missing outlet covers. Grease dumped on the ground behind restaurant. Bowls used for scoops in tubs in (flour). Inspection conducted with State EPHS.
