The Class 1 Missouri State High School Athletic Association Golf Tournament was held May 12 and 13, 2025, at the Meadow Lake Country Club in New Bloomfield, Missouri. A total of 95 golfers participated.

East Atchison’s River Dow golfed an 82 both days, scoring a total of 164. He tied for 10th place, earning All-State recognition and a medal.

Rock Port’s Tayden Cook golfed an 87 the first day and an 80 the second day, scoring a total of 167. He tied for 15th overall and also earned All-State recognition and a medal.
