
Patsey Ann Riley, the daughter of Cleo and Pearl (Hamilton) Graham, was born September 19, 1942, in Randolph, Iowa. She attended Homer Country School and Tarkio High School, Tarkio, Missouri.
On November 1, 1971, Patsey was united in marriage to Billy E. Riley in Rock Port, Missouri. They made their home in Tarkio their entire married life.
Patsey was employed by numerous restaurants as a waitress and Tarkio Rehabilitation and Health Care as a Certified Medication Technician. Later, she was employed as a machine operator for Eaton’s Corporation, Shenandoah, Iowa, for 25 years, retiring in 2001.
Patsey loved sewing, painting, and gardening. She enjoyed spending time with family. Patsey passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at Pleasant View Nursing Home, Rock Port, at the age of 82.
Besides her parents, Patsey was preceded in death by grandchildren, Seth and Malekai; and siblings, Junior, Dick, and Mary. Survivors include husband, Bill; children, Marsha (Travis), Mike, Robert A. (Jessica), Dena (Rodney), Vicki, Randy (Jeanette), and Robert E. (Sonia); 21 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Bob, Beverly (Larry), and Jerry; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service and interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Center Grove Cemetery, Westboro, Missouri, conducted by Rev. Glenn Scott. There is no visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis Funeral Home, Tarkio, Missouri.
