Community Hospital-Fairfax (CH-F) has ceased operation of West Nodaway Family Medicine (WNFM) in Burlington Junction, Missouri, effective June 4, 2025.

Community Hospital-Fairfax has greatly appreciated the support of Burlington Junction and the surrounding community in the West Nodaway Family Clinic since 2016. Recent operational changes have led CH-F to make the difficult decision to cease operations in the WNFM clinic.

They look forward to assisting patients in establishing care with one of the Family Medicine clinic providers to continue offering high quality care and the patient relationship.
