Last week, the Tarkio Volunteer Fire Department received its new T-2 city truck. It is a 2025 Rosenbauer pumper on a Cummins-powered Freightliner chassis complete with a 1,000 gallon water tank and capable of pumping 1,267 gallons per minute at 150PSI. The purchase of this truck was made possible by the city sales tax that was passed last year.
