Skyler Alsup makes her way around the cones of the driving course of the bicycle rodeo hosted by the Atchison County Health Department and Tarkio Police Department Saturday, June 21, in Tarkio. Participants not only received free helmets, but they were able to get their bicycles checked to make sure everything was working properly, learn hand signals, and ride their bikes through the course.
Kinley Niles was all smiles because not only was she having a great time at the Bicycle Rodeo, but it was also her birthday.
