Chef Paul Seaman of Tarkio was the guest speaker at the noon meeting of the Tarkio Rotary Club Tuesday, July 15, 2025. He explained the culinary arts course that will be presented this fall through Tarkio Tech at Shenandoah, Iowa, high school. It is a two- semester course. Students will be in class three days a week and two days a week in local food establishments. Submitted by Anita Sutter
