Becky Oxner started work this month as the City of Rock Port’s new utility office manager following the retirement of Terri McGuire. Becky, a graduate of Rock Port High School, has over 30 years of experience in accounting and human resources. She looks forward to returning to the area and contributing her experience towards the City of Rock Port and its citizens.
