The Tarkio First Baptist Church held Vacation Bible School last week. This year’s theme was Wonder Junction. Over 20 youth participated.

The Tarkio First Baptist Church in Tarkio, Missouri, welcomed 21 participants, with 18 youth and adult assistants, for this summer’s Wonder Junction Vacation Bible School.

Besides the activities geared toward praising the Lord and His works, the youth participated in a number of community service projects. The kids raised $150 for the Children’s Hunger Fund, which will provide 600 meals for children in need. They also collected enough food to provide 64 meals for the local food pantry. Boundless Grace provided over 20 birthday cake kits. The kids also decorated napkin holders for the Tarkio Nutrition Center and placemats for the residents at Pleasant View Nursing Home in Rock Port, Missouri.
