The Gas Spot Fairfax holds ribbon cutting

The Gas Spot in Fairfax, located at 411 U.S. Hwy. 59, held a ribbon cutting with raffles, giveaways, and sweet store deals Friday, August 8, 2025. Store Manager Carol Mears cut the ribbon. She was joined by Inconvenience, Inc., Brand Manager Alicia LaFollette, Marketing and Community Engagement Manager Lindsay Griffith, and District Manager Kristen Nalle, as well as Jeremy Gipe with food broker MYA, Mayor Tab Wintz, members of the Fairfax Improvement Foundation and Atchison County Development Corporation, other Gas Spot employees Jerry Lutz and Audrae Bates, Fairfax city aldermen, and Fairfax community and Atchison County residents. Marilyn Alldredge with the Fairfax Improvement Foundation also presented a plaque.

The Gas Spot in Tarkio, located at 20286 U.S. Hwy. 59, held a ribbon cutting with raffles, giveaways, and fantastic store deals Saturday, August 9, 2025. Store Manager Jennifer Hill cut the ribbon. She was joined by Inconvenience, Inc., Brand Manager Alicia LaFollette, Marketing and Community Engagement Manager Lindsay Griffith, and District Manager Kristen Nalle, as well as Mandy and Trevor Whipple with the Tarkio Chamber of Commerce, Monica Bailey with the Atchison County Development Corporation (ACDC), Tarkio resident Steve Riley, and The Gas Spot employees Frankie Hunter, Keighdanz Barraza, and Devin Guajardo.
