• Core Items: Excessive frost in kitchen chest freezer. No handles on kitchen prep table lids. Unsealed/finished sheet rock in hallway between restrooms molded. Tile and mop board damage – restroom area. Discussed hair restraints. All other items from August 20 inspection have been corrected.
