Old Business
A letter was submitted to the council about the upkeep of a property in town. They were asking for suggestions about what else they could do to comply with the city ordinance. The council will reach out to them and ask more questions about their property.
New Business
The council completed a project needs list for the Northwest Missouri Regional Council of Governments (NWMORCOG). This needs list includes projects around town that could use improvements and NWMORCOGs help in looking for and writing grants to receive funding for the projects. Some high priority projects are street and drainage improvements, road/bridge, sidewalks, backup power source, demolition, housing, and economic improvements. Christy will submit the list to the NWMORCOG and see what they can do to help.
Staff Reports

Christy Stevens, city clerk, reported that a court date for a nuisance property is set for December and so far there is no update on MOCAAT as the financial advisor is not finished going through the city’s accounts. There should be an update by the end of the week.
