Board member Gloria Graves was one of the speakers at the 17th annual C.A.R.E. candlelight vigil Thursday evening, October 23, 2025, at the Atchison County Courthouse.

Attendees at C.A.R.E. of Atchison County’s candlelight vigil listened to speakers talk about the many local domestic violence victims who have been provided services in the past year. They also had the opportunity to buy purple lights and pinwheels to show their support for victims while also donating to their care.

C.A.R.E. Advocates Teresa Morehouse and Kris Davis spoke about how C.A.R.E. assists victims of domestic violence in Atchison County.
