The owl statue that had been watching over passersby on Hwy. 59 between Tarkio and Fairfax for a long while, and which had been stolen recently, has been replaced by a new one. We hope this one is left alone as it’s one of those silly, but enjoyable sights, making the drive more “scenic.”
