John Brown has said goodbye to the City of Fairfax after 20 years of service. John began in 2005 as the maintenance technician and became the water superintendent a few years later. He has been a jack-of-all trades for the city for many years. He oversaw the replacement of 95% of the water mains in town in 2010 and helped see to the repaving of Main Street. John’s replacement is Kamron Woodring. Thank you, John, for your many years of service and dedication to Fairfax and its residents!
