Nodaway Chorale will launch its spring rehearsal season Monday, January 19, at 7:00 p.m. at First Christian Church. The church is located at Third and Buchanan Streets, Maryville, Missouri. Rehearsals, in preparation for a 20th anniversary concert in April,  will continue each Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the same location.

The Nodaway Chorale is a non-profit, non-audition, secular mixed voice chorus with over 60 singers from various communities in the region.

“The Chorale members are looking forward to preparing an exciting program for our 20th anniversary concert in April. The theme of the spring concert is “From Our Hearts to Yours: A 20 Year Celebration,” said Jim Rash, music director. “The concert will feature choral music that both our singers and audiences have loved the most over our 20-year history.”

The chorus invites anybody who loves to sing to join. Nodaway Chorale members are educators, office workers, healthcare workers, writers, businesspersons, high school and university students, and retirees, all of whom love singing with friends.
