Clodfelter Insurance Agency, located on Main Street in Rock Port, Missouri, has been sold to Riverstone Insurance Group. Jim and Alma Clodfelter have been joined by Trevor Godemann, Katrina (Kat) Delezene, and Cozett Nutzman-Knight in offering insurance.

The agency began in March of 1998, as Southeast Nebraska Insurance Agency, Inc. (SENIA) with a simple mission: to offer honest, reliable insurance solutions backed by local expertise. For years, it was led with dedication and integrity by founder Theodore Godemann, who built strong relationships and a respected reputation throughout the region.

As the agency grew, so did the next generation’s involvement in the business. Eventually, in July of 2023, the agency was purchased from its founder by his son, Trevor Godemann, continuing the family legacy while bringing fresh energy and a modern perspective. This transition preserved the values the agency built on while opening the door to new opportunities, expanded services, and a renewed commitment to clients.

On January 1, 2026, as the agency continues to expand, welcoming new partners, and expanding locations, it reached an important milestone: a name that better reflects who they are today and where they are headed. Katrina Delezene and Cozett Knight joined the business (Katrina as COO and agent and Cozett as CFO and crop insurance agent) bringing additional expertise, energy, and a shared commitment to serving clients with excellence. Southeast Nebraska Insurance Agency, Inc. is now RiverStone Insurance Group, Inc. Headquartered in Falls City, Nebraska, the business offers two new locations in Rock Port and Mound City, Missouri. Joining Trevor, Katrina and Cozett are Dan Goff (crop insurance agent), Jessica Furnas (agent), and Teresa Mertens (agent). Jim Clodfelter will also be in the office to assist with the transition.
