Last week’s subzero temps proved hazardous for the City of Tarkio’s water pipes as a couple of different water mains busted. This one, at 11th and Walnut streets near the Resource Center, was quickly fixed, but another one near the Tarkio Nutrition Center proved a bit more difficult and locals were without water for several hours.
