Adam Summers was the guest speaker at the noon meeting of the Tarkio Rotary Club Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Adam is the enterprise facilitator for Northwest Missouri Enterprise Facilitation (NWMEF), which has been working in six counties in northwest Missouri for 20 years.
