Heather Y. Falkner, 52, was born October 24, 1973. She passed away March 17, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her mother Carol. She is survived by her loving companion Thomas J. Neuverth; her children, Lane Meinders, Paisha Falkner, and Paige Falkner; her siblings, Danielle (Dave) Brewer, Buck (Rebecca) Meinders, Tricia (Erik) Esannason, and John R. (Arlynne) Boughton; and by her father, Rodney.
