Fairfax music students will be performing a concert Wednesday, May 6, for family and friends in the high school gym. The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. The Music Boosters will host a dinner from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria that evening.

A senior night ceremony recognizing the senior East Atchison baseball players, golfers, and tracksters will be held Thursday, May 7, at the baseball game in Fairfax against North Nodaway. The games will begin at 5:00 p.m.

Rock Port’s baseball game against South Holt, originally scheduled for April 27, was postponed due to field conditions. The game will be played Friday, May 8, beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Members of the Tarkio High School Class of 2026 will receive their diplomas Sunday, May 10, at 2:00 p.m. in the THS Gym. A receiving line will allow everyone to congratulate the graduates after the ceremony. It will be formed on the east lawn or in the east hallway if it’s raining.

Rock Port will recognize senior athletes who participated in golf, baseball, and track Wednesday, May 13, at the baseball game in Rock Port against Mid-Buchanan. The games will begin at 5:00 p.m.

Local baseball players begin district play next week. Rock Port will host the Class 1 District 16 games with the first games Thursday, May 14. The EA Wolves will travel to Maysville to compete in the Class 2 District 16 games.
