Dara and Donovan Spears were the guest speakers at the noon meeting of the Tarkio Rotary Club Tuesday, April 28, 2026. They shared information about their two new businesses on Main Street in Tarkio. A Place on Main is located at 509 Main. It is available for rent for parties, family reunions, and other events. An arcade room is provided and there are games for all ages. In the fall, The 5th Quarter events held after the Wolves’ high school varsity football games welcomes teens for pizza and pop. Their other business, The Hawthorne Room, is located at 402 Main (formerly the Boundless Grace building) and has a slightly more elegant atmosphere in the historic building.
