The 86th Class 1 Missouri State High School Athletic Association Golf Tournament started Monday, May 18, 2026, at the Rivercut Golf Course in Springfield.

At the end of the first day of competition, the Rock Port team was in ninth place with a score of 361. Individual scores for the Rock Port golfers were: Tayden Cook, 79, tied for seventh place; Grady Cook, 89, tied for 50th place; Jack Meyerkorth, 96, tied for 78th place; Henley Mace, 97, tied for 80th place; and Ryzer Hale, 101, tied for 85th place. The top 15 places medal.
