Harlee grew up in Rock Port and graduated from high school there in 2021. She still resides in Rock Port with her fiancé, Trevor Holmes, and their children, Jackson and Delilah. Harlee was previously employed at Rock Port Oil. “I’m looking forward to serving the community I grew up in,” Harlee said.
Ian Ingram was hired as the utilities office manager in the last week of April. Ian is responsible for payroll and human resources, among many other duties. Ian grew up in Maitland and graduated from Nodaway-Holt High School in 2001. He then attended Northwest Missouri State University and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems. Ian has been an operations manager in New Orleans and has worked in geotechnical design as well. He moved back to the area with his fiancé in 2023 and now lives in Rock Port. “I’m glad to be back around the area. I’m getting to learn a whole bunch. It’s challenging, but it’s a lot of fun,” Ian shared.
