East Atchison’s Savanna Lind-say placed 11th with a 97 in the female 16-18 division.

The Northwest Missouri Junior Golf Tour is underway and several Atchison County golfers are not only competing in the tournaments, but also winning them or placing well. The tour continued Monday, June 8, with 18 holes at Veteran’s Memorial Golf Course in Cameron, Missouri.

Rock Port’s Tayden Cook won the men’s 16-18 division with a score of 73 and Karlie Gebhards placed eighth with a 91 in the 16-18 female division. In that same class, East Atchison’s Savanna Lindsay placed 11th with a 97 and Danika Agnew placed 13th with a 105.

Rock Port’s Grady Cook tied for sixth with a 90 in the 14-15 men’s division. East Atchison’s Avery Fast tied for first with a 110 and Star Hankins placed fourth with a 117 in the female 14-15 division.

The 12-13 age division golfed nine holes. East Atchison’s Aspyn Fast placed 10th with a 65 in the female 12-13 division.
