The Rock Port Chamber’s annual fireworks show was Friday, July 3. This year’s donations totaled $9,530, just short of the Chamber’s goal of $10,000.

Donations received this year, include: Rock Port Tourism Board, $5,000; Jane Lutz, $25; Dan and Janette Stanton, $50; Demian and Tawni Ellis,  $25; Pamela Henderson, $50; Mike and Fran Minter, $100; Burke & Sons Lumber, $100; Marilyn McMahon, $25; Marita Stevens, $30; Wayne and Connie Shandy, $100; David and Julia Shrader, $100; Watson Community, $3,000; Anonymous, $50; Steve and Tabitha Waigand, $25; Lee Roy Sickman and Jan Taylor, $50; Merle and Ruth Fox, $50; Charlee Garst, $300; Atchison County Mail, $100; Regan and Sheila Griffin, $250; and Kent Fisher Insurance, $100.
