Shelbie (Gaines) Graham is a 2017 graduate of Rock Port High School.

Community Hospital-Fairfax Family Medicine Clinics have welcomed Shelbie Graham, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), to their provider team.

A native of Rock Port, Missouri, Dr. Graham feels a deep connection to the community she now serves. Her roots in the area give her a unique understanding of the needs of local families, and she is passionate about providing care close to home for the people and communities that shaped her.

Dr. Graham earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Missouri Western State University, where she built a strong clinical foundation and commitment to patient-centered care. She went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Arkansas, further advancing her skills in evidence-based practice, primary care, and improving patient outcomes.

In addition to providing comprehensive primary care, Dr. Graham has a special interest in women’s health, supporting patients through all stages of life with a focus on preventive care, education, and individualized treatment.

Known for her warm, approachable style, Dr. Graham takes time to truly listen to her patients and develop meaningful relationships built on trust. She is dedicated to partnering with individuals and families to support their health journeys, whether through preventive care, managing chronic conditions, or addressing acute health concerns.

Outside of her professional work, Shelbie enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their two sons. Her strong family values guide her approach to healthcare, where she strives to treat each patient with the same compassion and respect she extends to her own loved ones.

Beginning August 17, 2026, Shelbie will have clinic hours in Mound City on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Fairfax on Wednesdays and Fridays.
