Ivy Sprague, Hy-Vee Corporate Communicator, was the guest speaker at the Tarkio Rotary Club meeting on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. She noted that Hy-Vee has 70,000 employees in their stores in nine midwest states. They do $14 billion in business each year and donated $78 million to organizations in 2025.
