On July 29, 2026, the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office received a federal arrest warrant for Dustin Hill. Hill was indicted by the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri in relation to the kidnapping of two pre-teen girls in Rock Port, Missouri, which occurred in September of last year.

Dustin Hill of Florence, Arizona, was indicted on four counts:

• Attempted Enticement of a Minor to Engage in Sexual Activity, which carries a 10-year minimum and up to a life sentence

• Travel with Intent to Engage in Illicit Sexual Conduct, with up to a life sentence

• Transportation of a Minor to Engage in Sexual Activity, which carries a 10-year minimum and up to a life sentence

• Transfer of Obscene Material to a Minor, with up to a life sentence.

Hill continues to be held at the Atchison County facility without bond.
